2. One original silkscreen, printed on glazed paper.
Final page proof by the printer, approved and signed by Roy Lichtenstein before the serial printing of the campaign buttons.
Hand-signed lower right margin, and signed on the plate on each image.

+ Size of the images on the sheet: 6 x 8,5 cm / 2,3 x 3,3 in.
+ Size of the pin: 4,5 x 7 cm / 1,7 x 2,7 in.
Condition: The sheet is in very good condition, with some soft handling creases at the edges, and one light fold on the top left corner. Images very clean otherwise, with bright and vivid colors. The pin is in very good condition as well.
Both artworks are designed after the original 1992 Roy Lichtenstein's large silkscreen. This particular screenprint was specially created to raise funds for the Bill Clinton & Al Gore's political campaign.
Roy Lichtenstein designed "The Oval Office" within the setting of the Artists for Freedom project, a gathering of 16 contemporary artists (with Joan Mitchell, Cindy Sherman, or else Jim Dine) creating political artworks for the Democratic National Committee.

Edition de 5 000 exemplaires & signée dans la planche dans le coin inférieur droit.
2. Une sérigraphie originale, imprimée sur papier glacé.
Epreuve de validation de l'imprimeur, approuvée et signée par Roy Lichtenstein avant l'impression en série des boutons de campagne.
Signée à la main dans la marge inférieure droite, et signée dans la planche sur chaque image.

État : La feuille est en très bon état, avec de légers plis de manipulation sur les bords, et un léger pli dans le coin supérieur gauche. Les images sont très propres autrement, avec des couleurs vives. Le badge est également en très bon état.
Les deux œuvres sont conçues d'après la grande sérigraphie originale de Roy Lichtenstein de 1992. Cette sérigraphie particulière a été spécialement créée pour collecter des fonds pour la campagne politique de Bill Clinton et Al Gore.
Roy Lichtenstein a conçu "The Oval Office" dans le cadre du projet Artists for Freedom, un rassemblement de 16 artistes contemporains (avec Joan Mitchell, Cindy Sherman, ou encore Jim Dine) créant des œuvres d'art politiques pour le Comité national démocrate.
