Mezzotint in black/white 1920. Signed in pencil O/S gives oan edition of this mezzotint of 150 copies in colours only, so the present copy must be a rare trialproof in one colour only. The paper is very browned by time but without damages of any kind.
The image is a portrait of one of Ilsted's daughters at Liselun - a manorhouse where Ilsted and his family often went for holidays.
Ilsted made an almost identic version of this mezzotint, where the girl wears a large hat - but it is not registered in O/S and was never printed in more that a few copies.
