One of Kirchners early woodcuts which shows his lasting connection to Art Nouveau before the members of "Brücke" became pioneers of the German expressionist style.
This print is furthermore a rare example of Kirchner's friendship with Erich Heckel which was still intact at the time. Unsigned proof print and one of only very few remaining copies.
