Original paperback with a vignette showing the artist's portrait monogram from 1951. One of c. 400 unsigned private copies not intended for sale (apart from the commercial edition of 100 signed copies). With a title woodcut (1970), 12 full-page woodcuts (1947) and a woodcut vignette on the cover (1951) by Conrad Felixmüller. The series of seasonal woodcuts was created as early as 1947.
